Cancellation Policy
Please call/text 910-463-2878 if you cannot make your appointment. ALL appointments or services require at least 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling. ALL appointments or services with durations greater than 1 hour (60 minutes) require at least 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling. If these conditions are not met, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will be charged to the credit card on file. If the credit card on file is declined, the client will be banned from booking until the fee is paid.
If you wish to reduce the number of services you are receiving for your appointment, it is still considered a cancellation. ANY SERVICE cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment (even if you wish to still receive the remaining services at your appointment) will be subject to the 50% late cancellation fee for that particular service.
All no-shows will incur a no-show fee of 100% of the service price. The credit card on file will be charged 100% of the service price for a no-show once 15 minutes have elapsed from the original time of the appointment. If the credit card is declined, the client will be banned from booking until the fee is paid.
